Responsible site access

Customers must use the storefront legally and avoid disrupting security, accounts, checkout, content, or other users. Brand materials, text, imagery, and software remain protected by the rights that apply to them.

Listings and order acceptance

We work to keep product names, photos, options, packaging facts, ingredients, nutrition, stock, and prices accurate. Reasonable display or packaging variation can occur. An order request may be accepted, limited, or cancelled because of inventory, payment, address, fraud, law, or an obvious error.

Charges and shipment

Checkout displays price, applicable tax, payment, and shipping charges before submission. Payment authorization is required. The ordinary estimate is 1–2 business days for processing and a separate 4–6 business days for transit after shipment.

Return and exchange terms

The Refund Policy permits qualifying new unused non-defective returns and problem-item returns when requested within 30 days after delivery. Eligible exchanges are accepted subject to review and stock. Approved mailed returns use the free prepaid label included in the package, without a restocking fee. We process or initiate an approved refund within 10 days; provider posting can take additional time.
